from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 14.00.
Departures in the saltmine : 8.00, 8.30, 9.00, 9.30, 10.00
Departures out from the saltmine: 11.30, 12.00, 12.30, 13.00, 13.30, 14.00.
The tickets prices are Adults: 8 lei/day, Children: 5 lei/day
Free for children below 3 years.
In case you don't have a medical recommendation and contraindication, you can ask for the minimum days of treatment which should be at least 5 days.
Indications:
- chronic bronchitis, sinusitis,
- breathlessness, chest tightness,
- coughs - mucus plugs, wheezing,
- colds and respiratory allergies,
- mucosal edema,
- bronchitis, adenoids, rhinitis, tonsillitis,
- pharyngitis, pneumonia after acute stage,
- bronchiectatic disease, respiratory infections,
- influenza, rhinosinusopathy,
- smoker's cough (secondary smoke related symptoms),
- frequent acute disorders of respiratory tract,
- multi chemical sensitivity syndrome,
- allergies to industrial and household pollutants,
- eczema, psoriasis, and neurodermatitis...
Contraindications
• Pulmonary tuberculosis
• Acute stage of respiratory diseases
• Chronic obstructive lung diseases insufficiency
• Claustrophobia
• Intoxication
• Cardiac insufficiency
• Bleeding
• Spitting of blood
• Hypertension in IIB stage
• Advanced Pregnancy
The results that have been reached in the Praid salt mine have shown that the speleo- and climatotherapic underground treatment is a simple and useful method. It contributes positively to the patients’ complaints about their respiratory system, to the reconditioning of psychical balance and the tonicity of the vegetative nervous system
